“I recently had to visit an Xfinity store after my husband passed because he had xfinity wifi & Xfinity mobile and when I called the number, they said I’d have to go into the store. There isn’t one close by but I went to this location - in Rome - and I just have to say… this was not an easy task for me. I had to hold back tears the entire time. Because his passing still feels so fresh. They said we’d get a survey but I haven’t received it yet and I just needed people to know that Cody was a gem.
