“Alejandro greeted us as we walked into the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the difference types of mattresses and adjustable bed frames. He let us sample 4 or 5 different styles and firmness of materials. Once we made a decision to purchase he explained the store discounts running on the particular mattress and frame that we chose. He guided us through the purchasing process and explained the delivery. Told us the day the mattress would arrive and that it would be delivered and setup by their people. “Im not one to write to many reviews but I had to on this one. My wife had been on me for years to get us a new mattress, me thinking not a big deal . So I kept putting it off . Then broke down and got in touch with Frankie Beck at Heritage Sleep and wife and I went to the factory and he made sure we tried every bed out. We found the one . Still me just thinking no big deal , just a mattress. Well boy was I wrong . One week after sleeping on this new bed I realized the difference of sleep I was getting and how I felt every morning. Amazing difference. So if you need a mattress I highly suggest you call them and ask for Frankie . He even went has far has to call me a week later and ask if I was satisfied. GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS!”
