“Alejandro greeted us as we walked into the store. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the difference types of mattresses and adjustable bed frames. He let us sample 4 or 5 different styles and firmness of materials. Once we made a decision to purchase he explained the store discounts running on the particular mattress and frame that we chose. He guided us through the purchasing process and explained the delivery. Told us the day the mattress would arrive and that it would be delivered and setup by their people.
