“I help my mom run an ebay business we sell dvds. Usually I try to go every 2 days to keep the number of packages down I need to scan qr codes for the labels so it takes a minute. Yesterday I was helped by Jack and he was amazing and so kind and patient. I came with literally 90 packages to scan codes and ship off. We were at the counter about an hour or so and he was kind and joked while we got it done. He went above and beyond his job by helping me make sure I had the right qr codes for the packages I was a little disorganized but he was so patient.i will make this my new post office for shipments. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me it made it so much easier.”

It's worth the trip do this post office no matter where you live come and visit them they are very nice.”

“The employees have always been extra nice, patient, and organized. This particular post office has always been my favorite one. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who has yet to go to stop by whether it's to buy stamps are to mail a letter. They provide some of the best service you'll get out of Rome or Floyd county. I just wanted to take the time to let each of the employees who work here, know what a wonderful job they each do and it is definitely noticed. I would like to tell others who haven't been at this location to give it a try. It's the only one I do business at because of the years of excellent customer service I've received throughout the years.”
