“Visiting Rome on a bicycle tour, Labor Day. Had a flat tire about halfway through the route. On a whim (because it was Labor Day), I called Pullen's. Not only was I shocked when somebody answered but the willingness to repair the tire with a "sure bring it in, we'll fix you right up" was a huge relief. It turned out that "somebody", that answered the phone, turned out to be Mike. Never a better customer service experience. We were back on the tour in 20 minutes with a repaired tire.
