Teller services are available through drive-thru lanes only, with in-person visits by appointment and some branch closures. Despite these changes, customers appreciate the friendly and professional service provided by staff, especially highlighting Leah for her knowledge and assistance. Long-time customers express gratitude for the great service they consistently receive at the bank.
