“I had been with Bank of America for over a decade when I decided to switch to a local bank, and I wish I would have done it over a decade ago. The automatic utility payments, transferring of data, etc., was far easier than I had imagined it would be. I love banking locally, and I will never go back to any of the mega-banks or investment banks, with the familiar names we all know.My account is also more secure than it was with Bank of America, which had been stolen from multiple times. The online interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.”
“Maria Wilson did an amazing job helping us! We came in only about 10 minutes before closing, and instead of making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience, she welcomed us and treated us like we had been banking with Regions for years.
She invited us into her office, took the time to help us cash our check into our new account, and even printed our debit card right there. Maria was kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, competent, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire process.
What stood out most was her customer service. Even though it was almost closing time, she never rushed us, never made us feel like we were holding her up, and made sure everything was completely taken care of before we left. She explained everything clearly and made opening and using our new Regions account feel easy.
