The refused to help me with my passport application process even though I came during passport walk-in hours. It just seems like they are lazy and don’t want to work.

I was supposed to sign for my new phone, never did. Seems the postal carrier signed instead! Called PO and complained and mentioned forgery since I never gave permission he never answered me. I also filed a report but it was never mailed to me BECAUSE the PO never delivered it. Again same thing today. Was told package was delivered, called and talked with someone. She stated it was delivered, told her if it was I wouldn't be calling. She looked up tracking # and I gave her my address. She said it was delivered but to the wrong address. I asked for the address and she stated she can't give out address. She blamed the company using wrong addresses, blamed me for no change of address which was done 2 years ago. Told her that companies are not the only ones screwing things up, y'all are doing the same. She said have a great day click! Deliver the mail, bring boxes up to the porch and put on chair right there so I don't have to bend over and possibly pass out!

It never fails, when we have packages delivered our mail carrier is to lazy to take them to it front porch or even the bottom of our ramp. He's been caught sticking them on a car hood or the ground and say they were out in the mailbox. He's said that there's been as loose fog running the yard but there hasn't been mainly because our dog that's outside for the day is in a big pen and can't get to no one. If your that lazy to deliver the packages where they're not going to be stolen then get a another job.

Our mail/packages and others' mail/packages are definitely not top priority to USPS. The drivers are constantly delivering our packages to other streets. Could you please do your job?!?!

I called them today because I witnessed the person across the street tampering with the mail and they could care less. Use FedEx or UPS. USPS is not going to help you

I’ve been having trouble with my mail carrier stuffing too big pkgs in my tiny apartment size mail box!! Two of my packages were broken when I got them out and opened them!! We have lockers for bigger packages it just wasn’t used!! Now I’m missing a pkg that tracking says has been sittin in Rome usps since June 27???!!! 🤯😳🙄😡😩! The system sure needs some serious 🧐 work!! The delays are affecting my meds I receive from the Va!! I have to order them with 15-20 days lead time !! Totally ridiculous I no sooner get some meds that I have to turn around and order them again for the next month!! Very frustrating!! I’m not trying to bash USPS it just needs some serious help or revamping!! Thank you for your service!!

So i had a package come in thru fed ex on a thursday. I was told by the african american girl that sits on the left that my package was not there yet. I camw back friday got the same response. I came back saturday talk to another african american my package was still not in the back. I came back on a monday this caucasion lady on the end wwnt to the back and she found my package. It took a little bit but she went out of way and looked in right placesband found it. What a difference one person can make. The first ladies did not want to fool with me. Both of them had very nasty about it. The 3rd lady was very nice and she helped me. I called the post office back and told them i was very happy with 3rd girl who went out of her way. For the first 2 if you hate your job that much leave dont take it out on customers.
