“I got in an accident and took my car to them per the recommendation of the person who hit my car. I got an appointment for an estimate quickly and went there for it. The estimate was completely accurate and they were very quick and accommodating with getting my car in. They gave me an estimate for the days that the repairs would take. It ended up going a few days over because they’re closed on the weekends. When I got my car, they had done a wonderful job with all the repairs. They also cleaned the outside and inside. The outside was beautiful. I ain’t never seen my rims so shiny. They did a great job and were very honest and communicative.”

“Worked perfectly once I figured out the trick to programming it. Getting the valet key cut was more expensive than I expected but that's not this site's problem. The trick to programming was to put the fob not just in the cup holder like so many videos said but to put it in the actual fob slot that is between the two cup holders.”

“My car app kept showing my battery was needing to charge. I went to AutoZone and Lauren checked my battery which showed it was not charging properly. I bought a new battery and Tommy installed it for me. It was a bit more work than a normal battery change. Tommy persisted to change the battery and was happy to do it. “There was a young lady that needed her car ? jumped off. Due to it just wouldn't start for her. After about a good 30 minutes we both decided to head over to the O'Reilly store which really was walking ?♀️ distance from where she was. As they checked her battery it was known it's no good. I helped her get a new battery and I installed it for her. The staff at the location was eagered to assist her and get her on the way. Once we got back to her car ? and I exchanged the battery her car ? started without a problem. She was happy to get her car ? fixed she then was on her way.... A Good Deed Goes A Long Way”

“I had ordered some pants on Revzilla that were too big and setup a return with them. I saw that they had the right size and called to make sure before I drove out there. They said they didn't but that they could take the return from RevZilla. So I went there just to take care of the return. Melissa helped me and it turned out they did have the right size. So she took care of the return and was able to get everything done at one time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She even cleaned off my helmet. Great customer service!!! I will definitely be back.”
