“I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after my accident. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me through the process. They did an excellent job repairing my truck and kept me informed along the way.

What stood out the most was how hard they worked with the insurance company on another issue that was caused by the accident. Unfortunately, the insurance company wouldn’t cover it, but that definitely wasn’t because of a lack of effort from Caliber. They truly fought for me and tried everything they could to help resolve the situation.

When I picked my truck up, I noticed the front driver-side tire was flat because it had picked up a nail while the vehicle was there. The tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Without any hesitation or arguments, Caliber sent me to the tire shop and covered the entire expense. That level of customer service and accountability is rare these days.

Everyone there was great — from the girl at the front desk to the manager who stepped in immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. They treated me with respect and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
