They do seem short staffed in terms of office personnel, so it can be hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Overall 4.5 stars. ?”

“I brought my car to this body shop after a collision, and it was recommended by the insurance company. I had never heard of them before, but I am so glad they pointed me in this direction.

From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Maddie was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone and was able to get me scheduled quickly so I could have my car repaired as soon as possible.

When I arrived, Craig took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and explain everything that needed to be repaired, as well as potential issues that might not be visible until the work began. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made sure I understood the entire process. He also explained that I would receive updates throughout the repair, and he provided a realistic timeline for completion.

True to his word, I received regular updates over text messages, and my car was repaired within a week. The quality of the work was excellent. When I picked up my vehicle, Craig once again took the time to walk me through everything that had been repaired and answered all of my questions.

The customer service and communication were exceptional from start to finish, and the repairs look fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs. Five stars all the way!”

“I had the privilege of being paired with Rob Dix and he provided top notch customer service! I had the unfortunate event of getting my car dinged outside my apartment, but thankfully got everything covered through my insurance. My insurance suggested Classic Collision so I went with them. Again getting paired with Rob was perfect as a first time person dealing with getting a service like this. He was so kind, warm, patient as well as honest! He answered all my questions as well as educated me on some of the small details of things dealing with collision repairs. Hopefully I don’t have to return but if anything happens again I know where to go for good quality work, excellent customer service and fantastic communication. And the front desk worker, Aaron, was extremely helpful as well.

Addition: I had a pretty bad ding in my driver side door from someone opening their car door forcefully into mine (which took a chunk of paint and material out of my door). It only took a one day turnaround (left it with them Tuesday morning and got it back by 4pm the next day). So for the extent of my damage that was a quick turnaround! As far as price my insurance covered it so I don’t have a point of reference of what would be considered a fair/good price. However I will say the attention to detail, and the explanation of what the repair process looks like for the type of damage done to my car door explained by Rob, seemed very thorough and not a quick patch fix.”
