“My advise is do not leave there unless the gas tank is full. It is not safe nor practical to expect a driver to return a car with a 1/4 tank unless you like to be stranded in Atlanta traffic. Returned it with more gas. Got a coupon for a free upgrade next time.”

“As a presidents circle member, I give hertz a LOT of business. Its not unusual for me to have 30 or 40 rentals in a year, due to the specific demands of my travel schedule, and simply as a matter of personal convenience. I've frequented many Hertz locations over the years, and this one, without a doubt is the absolute best. They have yet to let me down, even after NUMEROUS rentals over the years. My car is always ready, clean, and quick. I am in and out of there in no time at all, and I'm always satisfied with the totality of the rental experience. Highly recommend.”

“I don't know how you could have a bad experience if you're dealing with Steven from the Alpharetta Highway Enterprise rental car, I had an issue with the miscommunication with the other employees and they had me taking my car back to a different drop spot and a different date he fixed it with a smile! If only he could train others how to treat customers!!”
