“I made a reservation for a cargo van about a month in advance. I’ve had issues in the past when reserving cars/vans through hertz that when I arrive they never have the van or car available. So, I tried to be proactive and call the day before to guarantee the van would be there. I couldn’t seem to get anyone on the phone at the location. I drove there to speak to someone in person since it was near my house. I was advised that they didn’t have any vans at that location. 🙄
Ron tried to assist in finding one at a different location, with no luck. Kingsley was also calling around and found one for me! They had it transferred to that location and it was available for my reservation. I really appreciate the guys at this location for delivering on the reservation instead of having me try to call around and find the van as I have done previously. This was definitely going to be my last time using Hertz for my rentals but Brandon, Ron and Kingsley at the Holcomb Bridge location restored my faith in Hertz. Thanks for all of your help guys!”

“June 2026 - This was great rental experience. Mr. Key is very professional and knowledgeable of the type of cars available. Prior to arriving he already had a car picked out that met the requirements of the rental reservation and my needs based upon previous rentals. Mr. Key treated me a value customer. I came to Hertz for this rental based upon the customer service Mr. Key and Mr. Brandon had provided in previous rentals. This is a great location.

On January 2, 2026, Gabriela found me the perfect car that met all my needs for a particular trip. “I had the best experience at this location with the manager Jake. I initially was at the location a mile down the road and the “assistant manager” there was so rude while I was trying to simply pay for my rental. He used foul language, and was extremely impatient with me. I ended up having to leave for a meeting and then came to this location and Jake was incredibly helpful and had me in and out in minutes before they closed. I really appreciate all you did for me Jake. Highly recommend this location as a Gold Rewards Member.”
