You can’t actually talk to the tellers yourself, so there is a liaison who runs between where you can be and where the tellers and computers are, everything take significantly longer and is much more convoluted as a result of this. If you need quick easy banking go to a different chase.

I’m handicapped and I needed to open a business account. I was very misled and my time, like everyone else’s is valuable. Aman was extremely bad at the information she provided for me. Won’t be banking with them. EVER.
