Car Glass Repair
Empire Auto Glass is a trusted business specializing in windshield replacement and auto glass services. Unlike many shops that perform outdoor installations amid traffic, dust, and weather, Empire Auto Glass conducts all work indoors in controlled bays. This ensures high precision, strict decontamination, and proper curing for every job, including advanced calibrations for lane-keep assist and adaptive cruise control systems. The owner, who is also the master technician, personally handles sourcing of glass, calibrations, and every detail, treating each vehicle with care and attention, especially luxury models like Audi, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche. Customers praise Sully, the owner, for his knowledge, professionalism, and dedication. Many highlight his ability to repair rather than replace cracked windshields, often on the same day, saving time and money. His transparent explanations and fair pricing are highly appreciated. Several reviews mention his extra efforts, such as checking and recharging batteries or recalibrating cameras after repairs, demonstrating his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Overall, Empire Auto Glass offers outstanding service with a focus on safety, precision, and personal care, making it a highly recommended choice for auto glass needs.
