“I love this art store! It's one of my top favorites in the area. Shelby was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable with all of my questions. She helped me find everything that I was looking for plus more. Irene was super helpful in helping me determine certain techniques, and most of all she helped Shelby and I find a product that was in the back of the store. They helped save me a delivery order from the online website. Overall, amazing customer service.”
“Walked in to the Store and was greeted by Scott. Told him I wanted to sell my coin collection of about 100 coins. I had done my homework and had a selling price in mind. Scott (very professional and a pleasure to work with) reviewed each coin and gave me the value, while I waited. He explained to me how he got to that number. When he was done, in about 30 minutes, he gave me an offer that was right in line with what I was hoping to get. What a great way to do business! I’d give them more that 5 ⭐’s if I could figure out how to do it.”

“The woman who was working the front & register the morning of 7/15/26 was VERY sweet & helpful. Greeted me in a very friendly and welcoming way on the way in. The rest of the staff were also accommodating throughout the shopping experience and helped with questions/finding what I was looking for.
I was sad when I saw a customer in front of me being extremely rude to the sweet check-out employee later on - people who abuse customer service workers are the absolute worst. A couple of us other customers spoke up on the employee's behalf because it was so ridiculous. Some people just have no patience or decency any more.”

“Great little hobby shop. If you like HO, O, or Lionel, you will enjoy the selection of both new and pre owned. Some real gems waiting to be discovered. Im an N Sale guy and while the selection is much less for N, there are still some nice finds waiting for you there.”
