Despite our tardiness, the staff graciously extended the opportunity for us to partake in all the enjoyment and activities originally reserved for the event attendees. A male manager, whom we regrettably did not inquire about at the time (details to be added later), dedicated over 10 minutes to engage with us, going so far as to offer complimentary gifts. He dedicated himself wholeheartedly to imparting joy and knowledge to children.This thoughtful gesture left us deeply moved by the kindness and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. “Great linen lady! I cannot remember this sweet woman's name to save my life. Older skinny African American woman. I'm a guy who decided to make a quilt for my niece on a suggestion from the wife. It was my very first one. And thanks to her help and knowledge of fabrics,the quilt was a hit with my sister-in-law who immediately fell in love with it....Dear Miss Fabric lady.....from the bottom of my heart....thank you.....if your store gets this and you get to see I hope you see the picture attached!”

“Despite only having 3 people working in the store due to corporate decisions, it was a pleasure to shop there today. The manager, Dan, was working the register with a long line of customers waiting. Mr. Dan was patient, professional and very thorough with a big return I had. Despite the difficult working conditions, he made today very easy. Kindness goes a long way when employees are forced to work understaffed and underpaid. Online ordering was horrific this year, and his apology went a long way in restoring my commitment to shop at Joann’s again.?”
