We were captivated by wall art we saw in the home of a relative and contacted Black Dog to order similar pieces for our home. Cathy was our point of contact. She was unbelievably attentive, advising us on every imaginable nuance, catching a few issues (wall dimensions, etc) that we would have missed on our own, and staying in regular touch with us through the process, from ordering through shipment and delivery. Shipping turned out to be complicated, and Cathy managed everything meticulously, keeping us informed and helping with workarounds where required. I say this knowing some might read it as hype; she treated us like family, not mere customers.
