The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”

I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”

Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
