Plato's Closet Roswell buys and sells gently used, trendy name-brand clothing and accessories for teens and young adults, with no appointment needed. The store offers a great selection of current styles, including popular activewear brands, often at low prices and in excellent condition. Many customers report positive experiences, finding the store organized and the staff extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, fair, and patient. Shoppers appreciate the careful curation of clean, stylish items without holes or stains.
However, some reviews note inconsistent operational practices. Customers have driven to the store for advertised sales events only to find it unexpectedly closed without online notice. The store sometimes closes its buying service early, and the experience can vary. Some report that management becomes noticeably stressed, impatient, flustered, and rude when a small line forms, creating an unpleasant interaction, though they are nice when the store is not busy. Payouts for clothes are considered decent, but sellers sometimes have to return days later to collect payment due to backups. Despite these issues, many shoppers highly recommend the store for its quality selections and will definitely return.
Love shopping here! So many great brands at great prices!
