Went to pick up a certified package during posted hours and customer service was locked and no one answered. Called as well and no one answered. How is someone supposed to pick up their certified mail ? This is the address for pickup that they provided.

An employee there was extremely rude, would not let me drop off my packages. She was literally in the way of me, dropping them off and would not move and was telling me I can’t drop off my packages when there’s literally a door saying that I could drop them off there.
