Had two packages that supposed to went to my P O BOX on Alpharetta Hwy March 2nd, instead my stuff ends up here for pick up. I have never had to pick up anywhere besides my post office where all my mail and packages go to. Went to this place just for the man to tell me my stuff wasn't there it's at my P O BOX. Went over to my post office, and the woman told me it probably haven't been processed yet. What you mean, it's supposed to be in my p o box anyways. Have not gotten a yellow slip or nothing. Now I have had to file claims for both my items. I think the man at this location who told me it wasn't there, lacked searching for it like he should have. My stuff better never get sent here for pickup ever again. Just absurd. Never had this issue until now.

Mail is sporadic. You just hope you get it eventually.

Would give them a 0 (ZERO!!) if it was an option. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE. Not consistent with their scheduled daily pickup. Sometimes may come, sometimes not. You never know... No one to call and talk to, and if you are lucky to get an answer they will tell you what you want to hear over the phone and continue their way. Horrible experience to work with them.

Worst customer service, waited 15 minutes and was ringing the customer service bell. I heard one worker said they'll be alright ,and proceeded to ignore me.

No signage telling you where to go! Park as soon as you enter the gates and the customer service door is tucked in by all the parked mail trucks. Same side of the building as the flag pole but inside the gate. Once you find the door, you enter and ring the doorbell.

I called about 10-13 times and nobody picked up. I called around 4:20 and somebody finally picked up only to tell me to call back tomorrow and that the hours are 10-4. USPS is a joke.

Never had an issue here and I've been coming here going on 20 yrs. Just like EVERY business for the post two years, service can be inconsistent.. Just need to go at the right times.

I have had two different shipments get marked "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request" that I did NOT request. Can't get anyone on the phone to get answers as to why or how this is happening or to try and resolve the issue.

EASY TO SEE WHY USPS ABOUT TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. After "moving" their expected delivery day/time 4 times over 4 days, they finally changed status to "customer request hold at annex" - which I did not request. Guess this is so the driver has an excuse for not delivering. The annex does not answer the phone (goes immediately to fast busy). Waiting 2 hours in line to talk to someone only to learn that the package is suppsoedly on the carrier vehicle to be delivered - time will tell......moral of the story - pay the extra $$ for UPS/FEDEX/Amazon delivery if you actually want your package

Bottom line in Roswell right now… no carrier… no mail. Expecting a Package? Read on to learn why you won't be receiving it for 2 weeks. If I am ever allowed to vote on this issue… I would vote to Defund the Post Office.I was expecting a package on Tuesday to be delivered. When it didn’t arrive, I checked the tracking and see a message “Held at Post Office, At Customer Request”. I did no such thing. So I went to the post office the next morning (Wednesday). I arrived around 9:30 am before it opened. One of my neighbors (same neighborhood) was talking to a postal worker who was outside near the trucks so I joined their conversation. He was trying to get his mail that hadn’t been delivered too. The postal worker informed us that our regular mail carrier was on vacation and that was part of the problem. They are short staffed and can’t make the deliveries in our particular neighborhood because our normal carrier was on vacation. When I explained to her that I had a package that had wrongly been held because I did not make any request to hold my mail. Then she explains to me that since it was a package it was currently in a big holding bin. For packages, she continued to inform me that they were backed up by 2 weeks. I thanked her for the information and decided I’d come back when the customer service department was open. The same day, I came back around 2:00 pm when the Customer Service dept was open. When it was my turn, I explained that I was expecting this package and that I had not put a hold on my mail. She quickly apologized and said that it was mis-scanned… and that I would get 2 deliveries in my neighborhood that day. She even took the tracking number in the back office and came out and confirmed that my package was being delivered that same day. Today is Thursday (2 days later) and still no package. Today, when I checked the tracking again… It was re scanned again tonight as “Held at Post Office, At Customer Request.”It’s pretty plain that the first postal worker had it right and the customer service postal worker didn’t want to tell me that my package wouldn’t be delivered for another 2 weeks.Let us Vote on this issue! Defund the post office! Sell it off to the private sector who will turn it around.Have you been to post office lately? They can care less about our mail. Dump in the Dumpsters, bag it and put on the curb for trash, toss it in the woods… it all over the news... all over the country... what do they care?

I’ve never had a problem with this location. It was a bit confusing to find at first and to navigate on where to go once there, but it was easier afterwards. The people are all nice and willing to help.

I just wanted to thank all of the employees of the USPS in Roswell who have continued throughout this crazy pandemic to deliver our mail, and get packages to us despite all of the challenges of 2020. Thank you!
