On more than one occasion, we've gotten a 'package held by request of the customer' notification, when we never once told them to hold our packages. The staff here are lazy, inconsiderate, rude and will just refuse to deliver your mail if they feel like it. Absolutely ridiculous.

They don’t answer the phone at all no matter day or time. I’ve had an issue with them putting our mail in the wrong box for a month now and I’ve been trying to get it fixed but they say they need to talk to the mail carrier who delivers our mail. Then say they’ll call us but we never get a call and nothing has been solved. I don’t know where our mail is and no one is helping us. It’s really frustrating and I need to know where our mail is.

This place is the biggest gamble of "Am I going to receive my package or will it be delivered to someone else?" And at times when we DO get the package, it's in the dirt, mud, and leaves by the street, or sometimes even IN the street itself. I'm talking about expensive packages containing motorcycle parts (image attached is of said parts). And if you want to call for any reason? Nope! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, PERIOD. And you can't leave it voicemail, it simply makes you wait for over 2 minutes, gives you that noise telling you the line wasn't connected, AND HANGS UP. WORST POSTAL SERVICE, GOOD LUCK IF YOU RELY ON THEM.

Make up their own hours. Rude when they finally answer the phone. Say out to lunch at all hours. Like who takes lunch at 3 when you close at 4! Person on the phone will say open till 5 when they close at 4!!

Not only was my package not delivered, but the error code on the website gave no explanation and no one at the post office will pick up the phone. If this was medication I would be dead.

USPS is just HORRIBLE now. It use to be a joke to poke fun at slower service that was just a bit off. Boy are they paying us back for that. Mail and parcels are just DAYS and DAYS late with nobody held accountable.

I filed a report because a certified letter I mailed seems to be lost. I got a response and the letter stated that I could call this office for additional information. I have called the number at various times and it just rings. I am not asking for anyone to do anything exceptional. I want to know what happened to my certified letter. The letter was to go from Roswell to downtown Atlanta. Since April 11, 2024 the tracking information just states that it is in the possession of the Roswell post office. No additional information is given. It seems like it never left the Post Office, But again the response I got directs me to this center for additional information.

All of our mail comes sliced open and
it’s gotten worse and worse . You stole birthday money from a child. Someone at the sorting facility . This is a huge issue in Roswell in our area.

MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR PHONE WHILE YOU ARE HERE, despite what the sign says. Service sucks no matter what.
If your thinking of pulling your mailbox out of the ground and go digital. I SAY DO IT! The USPS is a complete and total waste of time. Why does mail come here if you have a mailbox? Why do you have to wait 20-30 minutes to get help here if anybody is in line?

Had two packages that supposed to went to my P O BOX on Alpharetta Hwy March 2nd, instead my stuff ends up here for pick up. I have never had to pick up anywhere besides my post office where all my mail and packages go to. Went to this place just for the man to tell me my stuff wasn't there it's at my P O BOX. Went over to my post office, and the woman told me it probably haven't been processed yet. What you mean, it's supposed to be in my p o box anyways. Have not gotten a yellow slip or nothing. Now I have had to file claims for both my items. I think the man at this location who told me it wasn't there, lacked searching for it like he should have. My stuff better never get sent here for pickup ever again. Just absurd. Never had this issue until now.

Would give them a 0 (ZERO!!) if it was an option. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE. Not consistent with their scheduled daily pickup. Sometimes may come, sometimes not. You never know... No one to call and talk to, and if you are lucky to get an answer they will tell you what you want to hear over the phone and continue their way. Horrible experience to work with them.

I was there and a nice lady helped me with my question, but a gentleman insisted on not helping. He told me go to another office here we can do nothing. Finally the lady help me.
Visit the mail store in the morning. They weren't punctual in opening the door at 10am? When I arrived, a young lady was friendly and helped me find answers to my questions. As I expected, a man who works there came out and told me what I wanted. I explained to him that a young lady was already helping me and he told me to go. another office, he was not helping me, he wanted to get rid of me, he insisted that the lady stop helping me and she recovered and resolved my doubts, a round of applause for the people who do their work out of passion. And I thank the woman who works there for being very attentive to my questions.
