Huge shoutout to Erica and Derrick at Detail Tech — absolutely incredible work! My truck is three years old and had never been professionally detailed… it was a complete mess. Between baseball season mud, dirt, and everyday wear, I honestly didn’t think it could look new again.
They somehow got all the baseball grime and ground-in dirt out, and now the truck looks almost brand new. The only imperfections left are a couple things I caused myself and haven’t repaired yet.

“I went there to get air in my tires when I realized they were low, and the guy found I had a nail in one of my tires (explains why it was low!) He quickly communicated with his team members and was able to immediately service and patch my tires. I was in and out with in 30 minutes which was great, because I was in a bit of a time crunch! Thanks for outstanding customer service. Also, while waiting inside other customers came in and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was really nice to see! Thank you.”

“I called up service Street at 8 o’clock they got me in right away! They did a diagnostic on my car because my check engine light was on It was a little pricey 189 , but they were very thorough. Turns out I just needed some maintenance done for my car and I didn’t need my catalytic converter completely replaced. The owner, I think his name was Jake actually did some research and found that there’s a warranty for the catalytic converter with ford and I was still within that warranty and said if there’s any other issues, I could take it up to Ford and it should be covered. They were very helpful, very kind, and very honest. The labor was expensive compared to other shops I’ve been to in the past, but they did good quality work and I definitely think it was worth it. I definitely think you were paying for good quality work here I also do think that they are not jerking you trying to pressure you into getting more things done that are necessary. It seems like they were consistently with every customer coming through the door, trying to work with them.”

“Never have I experienced better hospitality at a collision center before. I was evacuating from Tampa for hurricane Milton and stopping at Atlanta on my way to Chicago. My front bumper was hanging when I got to my hotel and needed immediate repairs. I brought my car in and Mike Upton the manager showed me great hospitality and had it repaired in an hour for a very fair price considering the circumstance. Very thankful for him and his people at this shop they are great!”

“For the last 4 years, I have used Mansell Dent Wizard in Roswell for paintless dent repairs and minor body work requiring pulling out the dent, removing scratches, and adding paint and they have always come through well below other body shops estimates with no bad surprises on the bill. Each time they repaired the damage, flawlessly matched the paint, and blended it perfectly where applicable. I can't find any evidence of over-spray or "orange peel" and the car was returned clean and ready to go. They also include a "lifetime" guarantee on their work for some peace of mind.
