“Their services go well beyond “detailing”. They just completed work on damages to my car. After the dealership collision center quoted $6000 to make the repair I took it to Detail Tech. They completed the work on my car quickly, completely and to my satisfaction for 1/3 the quoted price from the dealer.”

“My tire pressure kept drastically decreasing no matter how much air I kept pumping into it so I headed over to Mavis Tire to which they told me I had a pin sized hole and they “patched it up” - next day, my air is drastically dropping again - so I head over to discount tire in smyrna to which they tell me I actually have a cracked rim and a slice in my tire - great! Those guys told me to head over to metro tire because they do such great work on tire replacement and rim repair - so I trusted their judgement and loved that they told me to save myself some money on a brand new rim because they knew the guys over here did fine work. Let me tell you - the entire staff was so lovely and so so kind. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he educated me on how their processes work and it really made me feel like a truly valued customer. I should’ve wrote this review months ago, but I was trying to ensure my rim/tire was in good condition before I said anything and jinxed myself. I will always go here for all rim/tire needs. This community was TRULY amazing. Thank you guys!”

“I had the privilege of being paired with Rob Dix and he provided top notch customer service! I had the unfortunate event of getting my car dinged outside my apartment, but thankfully got everything covered through my insurance. My insurance suggested Classic Collision so I went with them. Again getting paired with Rob was perfect as a first time person dealing with getting a service like this. He was so kind, warm, patient as well as honest! He answered all my questions as well as educated me on some of the small details of things dealing with collision repairs. Hopefully I don’t have to return but if anything happens again I know where to go for good quality work, excellent customer service and fantastic communication. And the front desk worker, Aaron, was extremely helpful as well. Addition: I had a pretty bad ding in my driver side door from someone opening their car door forcefully into mine (which took a chunk of paint and material out of my door). It only took a one day turnaround (left it with them Tuesday morning and got it back by 4pm the next day). So for the extent of my damage that was a quick turnaround! As far as price my insurance covered it so I don’t have a point of reference of what would be considered a fair/good price. However I will say the attention to detail, and the explanation of what the repair process looks like for the type of damage done to my car door explained by Rob, seemed very thorough and not a quick patch fix.”
