“This is a wonderful place to buy a gift for yourself or others, and spend a few dollars supporting a local small business. The shop is small but adequate. You can find a number of local author or travel books amongst a nice selection of children's books and other adult books like cookbooks and non fiction. The prices are competitive and they offer a rewards club that you can sign up for at the register. The staff are super friendly. The store is quiet and we'll appointed. It's an absolute must visit on your next trip to SSI. You'll have no trouble finding a nice new selection. See website for hours and location. Happy reading!”
“This is a great health and culture conscious store. They sell all the greats, i.e. shea butter, black soap, bean pie, incense, oils, and awesome books. The people who own it are very community minded and kind. If you're in the area I recommend checking it out!”
“No tracking number for laptop that's almost 900$, and no 8 GB laptops sold in store, which is what is recommended for online students. Also it's unclear in the store what is allowed to be used with financial aid and what is a luxury purchase. There's no affordable backpacks, even though plenty of college students do not have extra money. The staff is patient about annoying phone calls though, and helpful. And it is a beautiful store.”
“The only negative thing I can say about Books A Million is that they’re really good at taking my money! ? the store is clean and the employees are kind and professional.”
“I try to visit the local bookstores wherever we travel to stock up on old favorites and books by local authors. Stopped in this shop a couple of years ago and on this trip they had new mysteries by a local author. If you are a bookshop fan you need to make a stop here while on St. Simons.”
