“This is a great club. Been dropping in on this place every time I come down to SSI. Prices have doubled in the last few years for a one day and weekly pass. Pros - Full service gym, clean, great staff, nice equipment, spa, steam room Cons - price and they don't provide towels anymore... Worth dropping in for a solid work out. Overall recommend with confidence”

“Awesome gym in Brunswick, GA. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a place to go workout. It's right off the back gate (commercial) of FLETC and is affordable. The place is kept clean and always see the guys here going through making sure the place is kept up whether it's vaccuming, keeping the towels for cleaning the benches clean, the spray, and bathrooms you name it.”

“I wanted to say thank you to staff member Nicole. I misplaced an item there and she went above and beyond to ensure it was replaced. That was really nice of their staff to do and not required. This is not a big PF but it worked out and grew on me, just avoid busy times and you’ll be ok. Thanks to Cole the Manager and the rest of his staff for always being helpful and keeping the place clean. My last day in Brunswick, worked out here for 5 months. No complaints. Be safe PF staff.”

Had to find one get it to Brunswick install and get water temp and level back up. All done in a short while. Exceeded expectations in this area. Thank you Y.”
