I am not a cricket customer, but I was with one. The young man was extremely helpful and very courteous. He helped my friend purchase and setup a new phone. He answered a few general questions I had.

Very knowledgeable lady ( Judy ) takes the time to actually treat every customer as if they were the only customer.
