“6300 Rosewell Rd location was a good experience. The teller, Tanisha O. was professional and when she attempted to cash my check she saw something she didn't recognize. She followed the protocol and asked for her manager, named Ashsten C.. She asked me a question. I answered and got my check cashed. Unlike, the 8721 Roswell Rd. location where the teller named Joan, which is a he, lied and said he was unable to cash my check because my employer set it up that way in the system. He caused me to go to the 6300 location. I would recommend the 6300 location to anyone. No wait time as well.”
“ATM worked just as expected and was nice to finally find a USAA ATM that accepts cash deposits. After depositing, my transaction showed up online in my account immediately. This USAA ATM was working as of 1/26/2024. As previous reviews mention, the location is a bit off on Maps. It’s on the opposite side of the parking lot of the CVS, in front of Aldi.”
