“I had a great experience with Complete Sound & Protection. Claude exercised patients and fixed the problem in the end.I had a double-din installed by a family member last year and months after I began to hear an intermittent high pitched sound from my speakers.Unfortunately, just like going to a doctor for something that pains you, the sound was no where to be found once I needed a diagnosis. The high pitched sound never came on while I was at the shop.Luckily, I had recorded it on several occasions, so I was able to provide those clips to Claude.Long story less long, he was able to fix the problem by process of elimination, and it did not cost the arm and leg that I assumed it might. So happy with the end result!Thank you, Claude. I'll be back next year to install the subwoofer. Thanks again!”

Jared was a wonderful southern gentleman. -Totally professional, charming and unfailingly patient. What a joy. In an era where true customer service is a rarity and Americans can be impossible/no longer available in which to do business, this was refreshing.
