“I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. Went online to schedule but decided to call which was the best choice because online schedule me for 6pm drop-off as opposed to 2pm get it by 6 and suggested a better screen protector, which I really like...honesty, courtesy & on time delivery....Oh, by the way they completed the job ahead of the 6pm.....5:11 to be exact!”
