She could have told me she replaced it and I wouldn't have known! I appreciate the honesty and not charging me for something I did not need. Thank you!”

“I had been having some battery-related issues with my car and stopped by Batteries Plus for help. AJ came out in the rain to assist me and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He tested my battery, alternator, and starter, and everything checked out great. While we weren’t able to fully diagnose the issue (my car has a backup battery that will likely need to be addressed at the dealership), I truly appreciated how thorough he was.

“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”

No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items. “Hidden little shop with a lot of audio odds and ends. I ordered the wrong resistor from Mouser and did not notice till all my parts showed up. I called them up and they said they had it in stock even though it is not a common type. Two hours later my marketplace amp is alive again after decades of neglect. Thank you.”
“I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!”
