Frank was very quick to diagnose why my Sony TV wasn't working and went the extra mile to find replacement parts. I ended up repairing it myself but Frank was extremely helpful and timely during the entire process.

Brought my TV and he was able to give a couple possible ideas as to potential issues and advice on how to fix them. I was able to fix the problem (taking the panel off and cleaning the fans) and he didn't charge me for the advice! If I ever have another issue I know where I'm going! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
