“Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.”

“I was nervous to bring in my u87 AI for maintenance after seeing all the mixed reviews. I brought in my Microphone because I figured that the capsule had to be dirty since I was getting some In-N-Outs here and there, and to my surprise, they found the actual problem which was a loose screw. They cleaned the mic and tighten the screw and my Microphone was ready within an hour. I can confidently say these guys are not trying to do any extra work if it doesn’t require it because they could’ve easily gave me the runaround and told me anything to just raise up the price, but that wasn’t the story. I highly recommend these guys. If I could give six stars, I would. Thanks.”
