“I have used batteries + bulbs for many years to buy batteries for my vehicles. There was a time I had 2 jeeps and a diesel truck, for a total of 4 batteries. I am down to 1 jeep and the truck, battery count to 3 now. I have never needed the warranty program until recently. Thankful the warranty from B+B is what it is and offers such a long period.This review is primarily for this particular store. I did not have a good experience with the personnel at the Austell store (I did post a review of that location). The staff here on Campbellton Rd were such a pleasure to deal with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me getting new batteries as quickly as possible. Needing 2 batteries meant that I was looking at inventory transfers between B+B locations. I only waited 1 day for the transfer and was on the road with new batteries relatively quickly.The owner of this store has some good people operating it for him. May they continue to keep those of us who rely on B+B stocked with what we need and the service we rely on.”
