Work orders are long. Takes 1-3 mths for someone to come by and fixed what needs to be fixed. Gate entrance is broken more often than I'd like which allows the public to have access to residents entrances and parking spaces. Some residents don't pick up after their fur babies.

Did a tour. It’s nice but apartments are too small for what they want to charge. The new paint job is horrible. Dark grey, light grey, and navy blue make the place dark and gloomy. Would be nicer just cream or white with tan or brown accents.

This leasing staff is one of the best I’ve encountered. I’m so blessed to be able to live here and have people look out for me the way they do!
