“Aaron the Maintenance man is amazing. He’s quick to respond and fix issues he’s assigned. Very Friendly and cool dude. Frankie is the best. She is the most responsive and attentive. Always respond to my requests and it is only because of these two I’m staying another year. The building itself is cool. I like when they do community events - i wish more people come out. It’s a chill building overall and people stay to themselves.”
“The maintenance workers are friendly. Hubert skillfully fixed my air conditioner. Carter has fixed several things in my apartment including a light fixture.”

The amenities are amazing and the building is kept very nice, when needing information I didn't hesitate to call the leasing office and Mr. Elijah was very helpful , giving very knowledgeable answers to any of the questions I had as well as very kind ! 10/10 would recommend touring or at least giving them a call if interested :)!”

“Ok, so I have waited until I moved out to give this review but I stayed here for I want to say maybe 4 years but 3 for sure.. these apartments are great. When I first moved here, it was nothing but doctors and nurses I guess because of the location and Overall, I had a great experience here. The area is chill, walkable, and close to hospitals, and the neighborhood is friendly. Management changed a few times, which caused some issues with them catching up, but maintenance was always great and responsive. I never had any pest issues, and when my AC went out, they came right away. I also transferred units after a year, and the process was seamless. I didn’t have many interactions with the leasing office outside of moving or community events. Overall, a solid place for anyone looking for a quiet, laid-back apartment!”
“Linq at North Springs has been my home for the past 8 years, and my experience has been exceptional. The quality of the apartments, responsive management, friendly leasing staff, and reliable maintenance team made it a wonderful place to live.
The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and located in a prime Sandy Springs location with convenient access to shopping, dining, and MARTA. Maintenance requests were rare and typically resolved within a day.
One of the best parts of living at Linq has been the strong sense of community. Resident events are well organized with great food, fun activities, and opportunities to connect with others.
Safety has also been a standout feature, with secure access and a strong focus on resident security. As a resident, I have always felt safe and comfortable here, which is something I greatly value.
Overall, Linq offers luxury living, a great location, responsive management, and a welcoming community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and convenient apartment community.”

Maintenance is always helpful and supportive where it’s needed. Recently lost my keys and management had me covered. Maintenance and the swiftness is always excellent.
