Not only did she resolve the situation but she also followed up with status updates. “I wanted to take a moment to express how pleased I have been with the Fidelity Alpharetta branch and with Fidelity overall. I’m writing this review after noticing a few negative comments, which I feel compelled to balance out because my experience has been the complete opposite.
I’ve been a Fidelity customer for over 20 years and have consistently received quick and professional support whenever I’ve called their customer service team. I probably call fewer than 10 times a year, but without exception, the assistance I’ve received has been excellent.
Regarding the Alpharetta branch specifically, my advisor, Dave Hutchings, has been outstanding. I’ve worked with him for over seven years, and he has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on looking out for my best interests.
I highly recommend Fidelity and the Alpharetta branch—my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.”
