This New Balance store provides excellent customer service and experiences. The sales staff is consistently professional, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient. They are friendly and accommodating, especially for customers with difficult-to-fit feet. Representatives are skilled in helping to figure out shoe size, models, and the right fit, using innovative tools like a foot scanning machine to assist with selection. The store has a good selection of great quality shoes, and staff can easily order specific sizes from the warehouse if not available in store. Their outstanding service and deep product knowledge make them highly recommendable.
Brought my husband here for new sneakers. The staff was attentive and patient. While we didn't end up getting new sneakers that day, we were able to order a couple pairs in to try. Just waiting for the call that they are available for him.
