REI is a place to shop for outdoor recreational equipment and gear, with an absurdly complete and wide selection. It offers pretty much anything for the outdoors except fishing, including its own award-winning line of clothing and gear. The store features competitive pricing and the newest items. It has a knowledgeable, helpful, and patient staff who provide great customer service, gladly sharing their enthusiasm. The shop does excellent work on services like bike repairs and makeovers. REI stands behind all products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The store has the feel only a coop can have, but please note it does not allow dogs, only service animals.
This is the best REI location in Atlanta! The staff here are always so nice, friendly, and helpful.

Always the best service. I just dropped in to return a pair of trail running shoes that I purchased online. In and out in just a couple of minutes.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I explained that I was going on a cruise to Alaska and they immediately helped with recommendations for the various options and clothing layers that would b best.
