“Our go to spot for breakfast, lunch and all of your lake needs. This place is packed with unique products that promote the generational love the Brooks family holds dear. Kayla and Margaret are always helpful with a smile. Just genuinely great people. This might just be one of the last remaining features of the old lake burton. “It's a small store. Not a lot of parking area. Couple gas pumps and basics for drinks and nabs. Small restroom, but there. Friendly staff. I usually stop here when I'm up that way motorcycling. Keeps from having to go into Helen with all the traffic.”
“This place has really been cleaned up. Sometimes it looks like their closed in the evenings because there are no lights on the pumps. But friendly workers, and clean store.”
“Clean and well maintained gas station. They have a great drink selection and hot foods sometimes. Boiled Peanuts, roller grill items, breakfast sandwiches. The bathrooms are also really nice too. The station is also connected to the Bojangles so you can walk through inside the store. Self checkout available. Employees are also super nice too!”

“Friendly service, very clean, and good quality gas. But be wary of the firewood, ours wasn't cured properly, had to buy firestarters to get it to burn, and it steamed a lot.”
“If you are a tourist and/or traveling through this area, please know this is just a short drive from Helen. It is well worth a stop to fill up (or top off) the tank and grab a few snacks whether you are headed to or out of Helen. In my personal opinion, things are overpriced in Helen in general...so, getting some gas and snacks a little cheaper helps. Plus, you don't have to deal with any crowds or lines. It's easy to get in and out of, there is parking and the folks are friendly.”

“I was on vacation in Helen Ga when I realized I left some meds and had call the pharmacy for a refill. I asked to be put down as a waiter and rushed the 7 miles to the Cleveland,Ga Walgreens. When I arrived, I went straight to the pharmacy and was greeted by the pharmacist and handed the meds requested.Thank you Walgreens for saving my vacation!”
