“I stopped in to explore while vacationing in Helen. Vergne was an absolute delight to converse with! I left with gorgeous gemstones and sculpted crystals as well as many fun stories from my new pal, Vergne. Great place, great people. Highly recommend!”
“We had such a great time searching for gems on our first day in Helen, we decided to go back the next day! Shasta was awesome. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. We found so many goodies! We first did the prospector's bucket. Beautiful smaller specimens, the second day we did the $100 bucket and It was so worth it! But..... The best part of the experience is Gwendolyn, Shasta's trusty companion. She was such a good gentle dog. Always greeted people when they came in and then did her own thing. She even came over and sat on the bench with us at one point. We can not wait to come back!”
“Great customer service, Bobby stayed 2 hours late one day just to take care of me and make sure I knew he was taking his time and inspecting my coins to make sure I got the best deal. Honestly he could have ripped me off but he was knowledgeable and honest, offered me some suggestions about what to hang onto, and I walked out of there with about 3 times what I thought I would. Great experience and I'm actually headed back there today. These are good people you want to do business with. The lady I spoke with on the phone was also just super down to earth, friendly and accommodating to work around my schedule even though it was after normal hours.”
“In terms of aesthetics, I think this is my favorite store in Helen. The open air, cabin-like feel to it really makes for a cozy and rustic shopping experience. I also loved their giant gnome in the back.
All that said, the items they were selling didn't appeal to my wife and me. Like most of the stores in Helen, we are not the target customer. But if you end up in this town, this is a great place to stop.”

“We had a large group go on a Saturday morning to do some mining. The gentlemen working & his dog Gwen were excellent! He took his time to explain all the different gems, even helping the kids find the good ones. We really enjoyed learning all the different things he explained to us & we learned some neat facts. We will definitely be back to visit. Been going here since I was a kid & enjoyed bringing my kids & grandkids.”
