“I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything.
