“I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything. “My husband and I went into Home Depot, looking for a specific toolbox system. It was on display, but the pieces were not there. JB the manager was so awesome. He worked hard to find each piece. Not an easy task, but he managed to find every piece, get them down from their hiding spots so that we could walk out of the store with it. Awesome customer service and we appreciate that.”
