“I had to get my 2015 Camero doors switched from suicide doors to regular factory doors and also fixed the wire harnessing on the drivers side that controlled the master switches so my windows were rolled down and I couldnt roll them back up. Living in Savannah GA, that could cause real problems with the weather but Earl did a bang up job at an affordable price and got them fixed right up. He was patient and attentive and did the work properly. I got what I paid for and I 100 percent recommend for all your custom needs. He knows I will be going to him for all future custom needs. Remember, if it aint cik it aint custom.”

Smitty’s worked seamlessly with the dealership that made the dent in my vehicle during an oil change to collect payment from them and coordinated a rental vehicle for me. I really appreciated their help. My SUV looked beautiful after it was fixed. Their communicated with me daily and were proactive about it not leaving me in the dark. They also explained before starting the repair and during the repair why it would take days / weeks to fix, what would have to be ordered and everything else so I was well-informed. “Very nice workers My boyfriend and I went in to get oil and a battery and needed some help and thankfully we had Nathan Osborne help us put the battery in and run diagnostic test for us such a wonderful person felt like we made a friend while we were there if it weren’t for him we wouldn’t have had a good experience we almost got hit by a truck walking in and there was a really rude employee Rhonda who came in 5-10 minutes after us and had a very nasty and rude tone towards us. Also unc behind the counter was a very wonderful man aswell would and will come back here again.”

“My fiancée and I have imported a 1997 Nissan 180SX Type X from Japan and needed a shop to take it to that was close to the Savannah port. After doing some research online, I came across this shop and was immediately intrigued by the reviews. I reached out to the email listed on their website and got a response not even a day later with great information and kindness. The months went by and when it was time to finally collect the car from the port, Micky was ready as I have been in contact with him over these months (with date changes and unexpected changes that pushed the appointment day back). As I was unable to take more time off to collect the car, my parents did so and took the car to this shop. Not only was Micky incredibly friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable. He gave detailed notes about what needed to be fixed on the car and also installed 4 new tires. Can’t recommend this place enough. “O'reilly's is very helpful. I am a 70-year-old woman and and I had a problem today and a young man named Keon help me. He was very courteous. Very helpful, above and beyond. I had a part that I had broken at my headlight and he was able to remove it from the harness which I couldn't do. I even bought windshield wipers and he installed them for me. I have nothing but good things to say about that young man. I've been there several times and I was always happy with their service.”
