Room was satisfyingly clean .Environment was pleasant. From check in to check out time- sherry from frontdest is a true asset of the management . She was very pleasant infromative and professional.Will be back and will recommend this place

We arrived at the hotel, the doors were closed, I made a reservation through Expedia, there was no one inside, I waited outside in the cold for 1 hour, I paid 108 dollars, but I was not satisfied at all, it's a disgrace.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The carpets are filthy, shower was so gross with an old yellow bath mat that’s never been cleaned. The fridge was leaking. The power strip had mold all over it. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Housekeeping was trying to rush us out of the room before checkout. The whole property smells like marijuana. It’s in a bad area. Avoid this hotel at all costs! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

This might have been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s dirty, paint is peeling, very old, beds are terrible, moldy cables, and lighting is also terrible. The breakfast buffet was one little hot tray with reheated frozen sandwiches, terrible juice, coffee, and cereal. That’s it. Definitely not worth the price.

Where do I even begin? Most of the other reviews cover the gist of how horrendous this place is. I'm traveling with dogs and unfortunately this was the only place within a reasonable price range to have them with me. The room is dirty, there are holes in the walls, a roach egg hatched on the bathroom counter and a bunch of brand new baby roaches were walking around, the shower has a disgusting, yellow plastic mat, the shower curtain is moldy, the fridge is broken, the hair dryer is broken, the remote is covered in filth, the tv doesn't appear to work, the property is out dated, etc. Honestly, it looks like a place people with bad intentions would pick to meet up. You get the idea.

New worker was rude and put me and my small kids out after being there with no incidents for an extended period of time. Rooms were good and clean but the new worker was very unprofessionalNoteworthy details: Ice machine doesn't work and office is almost always closed so no assistance is available

DO NOT stay here!The rooms are disgusting, dirty and dilapidated. Front desk "service" is non existent. Neighborhood is also very sketchy. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I've reconsidered my trust in both the Ramada and Wyndham brands based on my experience here.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Stay at Ramada by Wyndham in Savannah, GeorgiaDear Ramada by Wyndham Management,I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Savannah, Georgia. My experience was so distressing that I feel compelled to bring the numerous issues to your attention.The rooms at your establishment were nothing short of terrible and horrific. The beds were not only itchy but also unbelievably uncomfortable. The carpets were dirty, covered in stains, and sticky to the touch. The walls exhibited visible cracks and were in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint.Furthermore, the condition of the amenities within the room was appalling. The TV was broken, the lights had cracks with no covers, and the toilet seat was crusty. To add to this, the tub had a slimy cover that was not only unclean but also yellowed from what seemed like a lack of regular maintenance.The overall hygiene of the rooms was a significant concern. The pervasive smell of pure Clorox made it unbearable to spend more than a few minutes in the room. This is unacceptable for any guest, and it is inconceivable that such conditions would be tolerated by your establishment.Given the extent of these issues, I feel compelled to warn others against staying at your hotel. Save your time and money, as this experience was so unsatisfactory that I wouldn't choose to stay here even if it were free.I hope you take these concerns seriously and take immediate action to address the numerous shortcomings I have highlighted. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and safe environment during their stay, and my experience at your hotel fell far short of these expectations.If I could leave 0 stars I would.Sincerely,

Had major issues with my reservation. My stay was for two nights, and the desk acted like they had no clue. I went out for the day, and they took all my Belongings out of the room and canceled my key card. I had to go to the desk and argue for my room back. I'll not be using Wyndham ever again.

The room itself wasn't horrible. If only staying for a night or so it will work . A lot of people complained about it being dirty but our room wasn't bad. However , we got here at around 1:45 pm to see if we could check in a little early but they had the entire lobby shut down and no one was even working . There was a sign on the door that said shut down but it was obviously not shut down. The housekeepers and maintenance man were inside just sitting around and couldn't even let us know anything . Waited until 3:05 for someone to arrive and finally got checked in around 4. Took forever to just get checked in and he said he didn't even know if he had Clean rooms. It was a mess but I'm pretty sure he was the only one working the front and was coming back from his break. Either way , they need more workers because it was really stressful waiting over a hour to see if we could check in early or talk to someone. The lock on the door is broke and you smell a lot of weed outside but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Sent an edible arrangement to a friend staying here this past weekend. He went to the lobby to pick it up and was told that an employee just quit and took it with them. Hotel told me oh well, nothing they can do about it and that I would need to call the police. As a college student, I am now out $53 bucks. Unreal how they take no accountability. No wonder why the employee quit, who would want to work at a place like that.

Absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. This hotel is nasty from top to bottom. The building should be condemned. It is in a bad location. There’s a bad element all around the hotel there’s holes in walls in the rooms this building should be condemned.
