Place is absolutely disgusting. My sister asked for a refund, she NEVER got it and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I hope this place goes out of business

Smelt bad carpet was stained up old refrigerator in my room stained on it and old stickers on it and a busted up stove in here i immediately went back and got a refund cuz this was not okay don’t stay here and I paid $100 a night it should be $39.99 for $100 I figured it be okay

We checked in late and our kids went right to sleep, my dog found a used condom not long after. Management did nothing because apparently my husband hadn’t paid the pet fee, so their answer was to not charge us for the pet fee and call that good. What?!? We were horrified and disgusted.
