“I had to get my 2015 Camero doors switched from suicide doors to regular factory doors and also fixed the wire harnessing on the drivers side that controlled the master switches so my windows were rolled down and I couldnt roll them back up. Living in Savannah GA, that could cause real problems with the weather but Earl did a bang up job at an affordable price and got them fixed right up. He was patient and attentive and did the work properly. I got what I paid for and I 100 percent recommend for all your custom needs. He knows I will be going to him for all future custom needs. Remember, if it aint cik it aint custom.”

Smitty’s worked seamlessly with the dealership that made the dent in my vehicle during an oil change to collect payment from them and coordinated a rental vehicle for me. I really appreciated their help. My SUV looked beautiful after it was fixed. Their communicated with me daily and were proactive about it not leaving me in the dark. They also explained before starting the repair and during the repair why it would take days / weeks to fix, what would have to be ordered and everything else so I was well-informed. He was honest and gave great advice for tracking down the right parts. Helped confirm what we needed and ensured I found the right items before purchasing them. He was able to give me a reasonable quote beforehand and when we dropped the car off, had a good idea when it would be ready. At the last minute there was a snag due to the paint needing to be redone, but he was still able to finish the project to meet our timeline. Very pleased with the job he did and at a fair price.”

“Low Country Collision has great customer service and are able to help with any questions that you may have. Although the shop was backed up, it seemed like the repairs were done in a timely manner. The repairs also appear to be quality standards and are great! Low Country Collision did accidentally leave the air bag on, but they were very quick in finding a time to remedy this solution and are easy to work with. I will use them if needed for future services. Additionally, the gentleman at the office that helped with some issues with Enterprise was very nice, understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend him.”
