“I had some very neutral Christmas stockings I have had for years that needed a little more cheer, so I brought them in to get our names embroidered on them in a merry color. I was super happy with my experience here! The employees offered helpful suggestions and were professional and efficient. I found the price very fair and was happy with the turn around time, too! Thanks for giving our stockings some new life!”

“Shoutout to Connor, Jeff, and Laney! They were all so helpful in store with my family trying to find clothing. I left my phone in store and they helped me find it an hour later. Amazing customer service, they are spectacular!”

“Customer service was great, the lady who was helping me was very helpful and when she checked my items out was super sweet! However, the manager. When the lady had asked the manager how to apply the sale she got very annoyed and rude towards the employee. I could not catch the managers name though. Next time I’m in the store and if it happens again I’ll for sure get her name.”

“There is a particular elegance in longevity—and JCPenney at Oglethorpe Mall embodies it with quiet confidence.
I have been getting my clothes here since childhood. Through different phases of life, different styles, different ambitions, I have shopped elsewhere, explored trends, experimented with variety. And yet, at this point in life, JCPenney holds something rarer than novelty: nostalgia paired with reliability. A sense of normalcy that feels grounding rather than outdated. Familiar rather than forgettable.
Walking through the store now, there is a refined calm to the experience. The layout is spacious, the collections thoughtfully organized, and the environment feels composed—unhurried, accessible, and assured. It doesn’t chase fashion; it understands it. There is an understated sophistication in knowing exactly who you are and delivering consistently.
What makes JCPenney quietly luxurious is its trustworthiness. The clothing is well-constructed, timeless, and practical without sacrificing style. These are garments meant to be lived in—pieces that accompany you through everyday life with dignity and ease. It is fashion rooted in function, elevated by intention.
There’s also something deeply comforting in returning to a place that has remained a constant while everything else changes. JCPenney has dressed generations, and you feel that history in the walls—not as something old, but as something earned. It’s a place that understands that personal style is not always about reinvention, but about refinement.
In a retail landscape obsessed with reinvention and excess, JCPenney stands apart by offering something more enduring: dependability with grace. It provides clothing not just for moments, but for lives.
At Oglethorpe Mall, JCPenney isn’t merely a department store. It is continuity. It is familiarity elevated to ritual. It is the quiet luxury of knowing exactly where to go when you want to feel prepared, present, and put together.
And there is something undeniably refined about that.”

“Old Navy at Oglethorpe Mall is one of my favorite spots to shop whenever I’m in Savannah. I had a great experience here during my last visit when I bought a pair of jeans that quickly became my go-to — the fit was perfect, super comfortable, and stylish. So today, I came back and picked up another pair! Their jeans collection is truly one of the best — great quality, modern cuts, and budget-friendly prices.

What I really appreciate about this location is the friendly and welcoming staff. They’re young, energetic, and always happy to help. I had some great conversations while shopping, which made the experience even better. Whether you're just browsing or need help finding something, they go out of their way to assist you without making you feel rushed.

The store is also very clean and well-organized, which makes finding sizes and styles easy. Everything is laid out nicely and the overall atmosphere is bright and upbeat. It’s hard to walk in and not buy something — especially with the great deals they usually have.

Highly recommend stopping by if you're at Oglethorpe Mall. Whether it’s jeans, basics, or seasonal wear, Old Navy never disappoints!”

“This gap is where they make the clothes. This is the factory. They come out of the back still steaming. They smell so good! The denim is so crisp. The linen has that just wrinkled look. Love it so much!”

“This is where you take old clothing to recycle, even rags, as long as they are laundered. 15 percent off card for your next purchase-nice clothing, a good mix of mod and standard pieces to make you stylish- a little or a lot- where your daughter won't cringe shopping with Mom! Not a place of extreme sizes, x-large or super small. I'm usually a med-large. I'm a small here.”

“Willondrea was the associate at the time and she went above and beyond with helping me pick out the perfect birthday outfit for my son. I came in overwhelmed and ended up leaving with more than I came for lol. She even signed me up for a credit card! You have a lifetime customer out of me!”

“Good things happen to you when you do good things. I made that up but it sounds good right? I went to Macy's to return an item for my wife and buy her something else and on my way to the Macy's shoe dept I saw a pair of white on white K-Swiss... On sale absurdly low. I saw Finish Line signage and was shocked that it is inside a Macy's. Alisha greeted me and the chase was on, I asked for my size and I now own the shoes that will make me look rather dapper. Try them for yourself if you don't agree, the sale is still on going. The best part is that the Finish Line rep wasn't on commission and that means she isn't just after the sale she wants to outfit you with the best shoe to fit your style/needs. We talked about shoes for my wife and even though a shoe that I wanted wasn't in stock she preferred it to be delivered to my house. I thought that I was going to have to come back and pick them up and I didn't want to do that. Chou want shoes and not the line or hard sales? Go to this Finish Line and ask for Alisha, great service and prices.”

“I had a fantastic experience shopping at The Children’s Place, thanks in large part to Delilah. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help me find specific items, but she also made thoughtful recommendations that ended up being perfect for my kids. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and kind. Her positive attitude really made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. Delilah is a true asset to the store, and I’ll definitely be back!”
