“My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out”

“We’ve been to Savannah several times the past few years and somehow missed this unique gem. We were in town for our elopement and a family member stumbled upon this shop during their stay and highly recommended we visit. So on our way out of town a few days later we stopped by. And man!! It is so very cool! So much to see!! The owner was very nice and engaging. The young lady mentioned in another review w/dark hair and piercings was there. She also followed us around also. Made me feel a slight bit uncomfortable. Like we were going to steal something. Didn’t really like that. We did purchase a book. But after further review we removed the handwritten price sticker on the book only to see the mark-up was 25.99, hand written sticker which is what we paid was $32. That’s a hearty makeup. And not to mention on Amazon it’s $15. We understand the shop needs to stay in business but we will definitely be more. Autopsy next time we visit on what we purchase.”
“Our server was fantastic. We ordered the brussel sprout appetizer and that was extremely delicious! For my entree I ordered the duck confit tacos. It was a large serving of three tacos plus some coleslaw that had a kick to it on the back end. It was delicious. My husband ordered the fried bison and it was overcooked and dry. Our other friend ordered the short ribs and I tasted a piece and it seemed dry to me not juicy. But all in all this is a really cool place. The ambience is really nice but we were seated right by a speaker and could barely hold a conversation. We actually asked for them to turn the music down and they did a little bit. It's a great place I think you should try it.”

“Girl Stop! When was the last time you visited?Chile you better get in here ( Citi Trends ) if you need some scrubs. Here you can find them in many colors, all in irregular sizes. For 16.99 I guess they are worth just trying every last one of them on. However it's a steal of a deal if you are just sitting at work and wanna be cute while doing it. The elderly love colors. So if your funds are tight as these patent leather shoes I have on, then, this is your spot. Save where you can, when you can, while you can, and make them irregulars work while ya working.???”

“Pay no attention to the huge Old Navy sign on the Abercorn side of the mall. It doesn’t mean that Old Navy is located underneath it. Old Navy is in the back of the mall accessible from the food court entrance. Not the Abercorn side by LensCrafters. There’s no mall entrance there.”

“Before our trip to Savannah on a Saturday in October, I did some research to see what activities and areas were dog friendly. The guide mentioned that the Riverfront area had dog- friendly shopping, restaurants, and tours. My Miniature Schnauzer Coco, who happens to be black, and I came across the Black Dog General Store while walking along the Historic River Street. In front of the store were two amicable women handing out treats to anyone walking with a dog. I politely declined the doggie treat since my pup has a very limited diet and could easily get sick by eating a random treat, but it was a nice gesture. We walked into the store, which had clothing, bears, bags, and a bunch of other random things, all with the Black Dog name and logo printed on them. The items were pricey, but the quality seemed to be good. My Coco loves humans and was open to the store associate and customers petting him while admiring his Schnauzer cut. I decided to purchase a duffle bag. While checking out, I was startled by a very large dog tied up next to the front counter, and Coco was terrified. Fortunately, we did not get close enough for the dogs to make contact, but it would have been nice to know the dog was there. If you are a bougie dog owner and have money to blow, then I would definitely recommend visiting The Black Dog General Store: Savannah.”
