I had a really great experience because of him. I had scheduled an appointment for only one device, but I actually came in with several Apple devices and was feeling pretty overwhelmed.
Grimm was very kind and patient from the beginning. He first helped me with my iPhone, which had been overheating, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He gave me good advice and helped me feel much calmer about the situation.
Even though my appointment was only for one device, when he had a small gap in his schedule he took the time to look at my MacBook and also gave me guidance about my iPad and Apple Watch. This was during the busy time end of 2025 but just now I decided to do this review, I have been thinking how people can make a difference in other people life.

“Love this store, but more than that the employees, went in to look at a few video cameras so my partner and I could create a good wedding video for our best friend. We were between a few options, but then Jason stepped in to help and gave us the best suggestion we could’ve asked for.
