“Security is awesome! That could be both good and bad?. I occasionally need to access my vehicle that a family member drives to work on occasion. This last time it was the kids' backpacks,that were left in the vehicle the day before. I had to wait on security to let me in the gate to access my own vehicle. To do that, they have to locate the person who you know inside the building,who works there and make sure it's all legit before allowing you to enter the parking lot. That's ok though because I feel it is safe and secure by doing so. They were late for school but no biggie. I appreciate the security team. Also it's easy to locate the property and far enough off the road to not be waiting on the highway as you're sitting at said closed gate. ?”
“I came into the store trying to replace my Samsung A14 (screen broken and unusable). When Leo the helpful customer rep was able to help me with a new Samsung A17. I was able to keep my previous plan and was able to get a free tablet for just another $20 line with unlimited data. I appreciate the quality of his help.”

I had a really great experience because of him. I had scheduled an appointment for only one device, but I actually came in with several Apple devices and was feeling pretty overwhelmed.
Grimm was very kind and patient from the beginning. He first helped me with my iPhone, which had been overheating, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He gave me good advice and helped me feel much calmer about the situation.
Even though my appointment was only for one device, when he had a small gap in his schedule he took the time to look at my MacBook and also gave me guidance about my iPad and Apple Watch. This was during the busy time end of 2025 but just now I decided to do this review, I have been thinking how people can make a difference in other people life.
I felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated his help. I would definitely rate his service a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Grimm!”

“Love this store, but more than that the employees, went in to look at a few video cameras so my partner and I could create a good wedding video for our best friend. We were between a few options, but then Jason stepped in to help and gave us the best suggestion we could’ve asked for. He showed us examples of the quality of the said camera and went through all the steps of finding the perfect one. Incredible employee and super knowledgeable about videography. Thank you Jason!”

“I went to the Verizon store at 1800 E Victory Dr, Savannah, GA, 31404 today and had the pleasure meeting Arnell. I recently broke my iphone and had to get a replacement. I cannot began to tell you what a pleasure it was to have Arnell help me. He was incredibly helpful and patiently explained everything thoroughly so that an older non-tech savvy person like myself would be able to understand. He was able to get my iwatch connected to my iphone and made sure I knew how to reinstall my apps. I truly appreciate the time, patience and level of care. He showed this old lady today. I would highly recommend Arnell for his dedication and professionalism.”
