The store is filled with rich colors, beautiful craftsmanship, and incredible cultural pieces, including authentic artifacts, art, crafts, clothing, fabrics, jewelry, souvenirs, soaps, shea butter, and books from the Continent. You can feel the love, history, and care in every item. The owner is one of the kindest, most genuine, pleasant, and knowledgeable people. He is very passionate about the culture and community, having run the store for over 20 years. He provides great service, taking time to talk, help, and explain meanings without rushing customers. The atmosphere is nice and prime, allowing for good conversation. Visitors leave with adored pieces and hearts full of appreciation for the heritage it represents. Customers highly recommend this store and plan to return every time they are in Savannah.

A beautiful little piece of the African diaspora right in Savannah. Loved the authentic pieces of art and crafts from the Continent. But even more than that, we loved the energy and care from Mr. Richard, one of the owners. We will be visiting this shop EVERY time we are in Savannah!
